September in El Toyo: the best time to discover Almería without crowds

If we had to choose a single month to discover El Toyo and Cabo de Gata for the first time, many residents and regular travelers would coincide in September. The extreme heat of July and August has already subsided, the sea water is still at a perfect temperature for bathing thanks to the thermal inertia of summer, and the beaches are recovering the calm that made them famous.
